At Dubai Future Summit, we value your participation and are committed to delivering a high-quality experience. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to ticket cancellations, substitutions, and refunds.

1. General Refund Policy

All ticket purchases and registrations for the Dubai Future Summit are non-refundable except in the cases outlined in this policy. By completing your registration, you agree to abide by the terms of this refund policy.

2. Cancellation by Attendee

If you are unable to attend the summit, you may request a substitution by transferring your ticket to another individual. This request must be made at least 7 days before the event by emailing us at: admin@witeventsuae.com

Please include the full name and contact details of the replacement attendee. No refunds will be issued for attendee cancellations under any circumstances.

3. Event Postponement or Cancellation by Organizer

If the summit is postponed, your ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the new date, a refund request can be submitted within 14 days of the announcement.

In the event of a full cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disaster, pandemic restrictions), full refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 30 working days.

4. No-Show Policy

No refunds will be issued for attendees who do not attend the summit and have not requested a substitution in advance.

5. Force Majeure

Dubai Future Summit shall not be held liable for delays, rescheduling, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond its control. These may include but are not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government mandates, or public health emergencies.
